To be allowed on the course or training area, participants must have reached the age of 18, except with written parental authorization.
Riding under the influence of alcohol is strictly forbidden.
The FBMG cannot be held responsible for any damage to cars, motorcycles or bicycles parked in the vicinity, nor for the loss or theft of objects found in them, nor for the loss of personal objects, their theft or damage to them.
The FBMG cannot be held responsible for any injuries.
I acknowledge that I have read the rules, which are available on request and on the FBMG.be website, and I undertake to comply with them. If I fail to comply, I may be refused access to the course or training area.
I will drive the vehicle carefully, bearing in mind that neither I nor any other driver is insured against physical or other damage. Under no circumstances will I hold any other participant, the FBMG, its staff or collaborators or any of the organizers responsible for such damage.
I am obliged to wear appropriate equipment in relation to the well-known risks of motogymkhana. I am responsible for all the equipment I use (motorcycle, protective gear, etc.) and I take the time to check that it is in good condition and complies with the regulations. If I or anyone else notices any defect or non-compliance, I will pull over to the side in safety and immediately afterwards.
I am aware that in the case of duo driving (baptism, demo, other, etc.) the person at the controls is solely responsible.
I waive all recourse against the FBMG, its owners, staff, collaborators, race organizers and any other person involved.
RGPD: all data that I provide when registering or booking by email, telephone or via the website is used only for the management of events that are organized within the framework of the FBMG. I accept that my data will be kept in the FBMG database for the duration of my membership and for the next 5 years.
Under no circumstances will my data be transferred or sold for marketing purposes. Should a subcontractor of the FBMG have access to this data, it will be subject to the same conditions of use as the FBMG. I am aware that I can ask the FBMG to delete my data by registered mail. In this case, I will no longer be a member and will therefore no longer be authorized to participate in FBMG sessions or events. I agree to the use of my image (photos, videos, etc.) for the exclusive purpose of promoting the FBMG.
